Waivers

All over 18’s will need to complete a 'Waiver- General Form of Disclaimer'.

Any participants aged under 18 years old must have a 'Waiver- General Form of Disclaimer' completed by an authorised adult.

Bookings made online: You will automatically receive a confirmation email with a link to the Waiver Form, please ensure all participants in your group have completed this form before taking part in our activities.

Bookings made through the office: You will receive an Acceptance Form as part of your offer/confirmation letter, please ensure that the group leader has signed this form on behalf of the group before taking part in our activities.
