What happens with bad weather?
Rain: Our sessions will still go ahead if it’s raining - after all, you’re going to get wet anyway!
Lightening: If we observe lightning and hear thunder in the vicinity, we must pause the session for safety reasons. Ensure all participants are on the shore. We unfortunately will not be able to restart the session for at least 30 minutes. If conditions improve and we can safely resume without affecting other sessions, we will do so. If not you will be offered alternative activities, times or dates to return within one year and rescheduled free of charge.
Alternatively, you may opt to receive a gift card for the full value of your booking, which can be used to rebook at a date and time that suits your group within 12 months.
