At Aztec Adventure Evesham there is a purpose built 225 square metre indoor climbing wall. We are proud to be partnered with Evesham Leisure Centre to operate this. 

We are thrilled to offer the following: 

Recreation Climbing

£7.50 per adult | £3 Belay only | £6 per child

These sessions are for competent climbers making use of the different routes that the climbing wall has to offer. The auto belays will be available after a short induction in addition to all the top roped lines. All sessions are overseen by an Aztec Adventure supervisor. Our intention is to change to route setting from time to time so that there will be new challenges to try.Participants under the age of 18 years old must have a responsible adult at the centre for the duration of their session.

Children's One Hour Just Climb Experiences

£12.50 per child 

These fun sessions give your children the chance to test their balance and agility plus gain confidence climbing. Our sessions are run by a Mountain Training qualified climbing instructor and will include an introduction to a climbing harness, simple climbing techniques and the experience of being lowered after a climb. If children would like to expand their skills we offer a range of children’s climbing courses.

Children's Climbing Courses

Rock Climber & Starters Climbing Sessions (Levels 1 & 2)

NICAS Accredited: £115 per child

Entry level sessions for children aged 8-15 years wanting to take the first steps into the exhilarating sport of rock climbing. This is a series of sessions (1.5 hours duration each) offering an introduction to basic climbing skills such as the fitting and use of climbing equipment, correct use of belay equipment and the fundamental principles of climbing movement.

Advanced Rock Climbers Sessions

£115 per child

These sessions are for children aged 8-15 years who have achieved their NICAS Level 2 on our Rock climber & Rock Starter Sessions and want to progress further in the sport. It is a series of sessions (1.5 hours duration each) in which climbing techniques are covered in greater detail and the range of climbing moves increased. The use of non-auto locking belay devices is also introduced.

Adults' Start Climbing Course

£90 per adult

We want everyone to enjoy the exciting sport of climbing! If you are a complete novice and would like to give climbing a try the best way to learn to develop your skills is by joining our Start Climbing Course. Our three-week course teaches you all you need to know to get you on the wall and moving upwards! Our qualified instructors will take great care of you, while improving your skills and techniques.

The object of the course is to train and then assess novice climbers as safe, independent top rope climbers and belayers who have gained the basic skills to climb, belay and use the auto belays without direct supervision. On passing the course assessment climbers will be invited to complete a Competent Climber's Registration Form which will allow them to take part in our recreational sessions without having to be signed in by a competent climber.
